Terlouw Family
Between April and July I visited the Terlouw family several times, to experience their rhythm of life on the farm from up close. What fascinated me was how inseparably their work is bound to their existence. It’s more than a profession, but rather a way of living that shapes their days, their relationships, and their sense of place.
Through black-and-white photographs I seek to reflect this interwoven life, where family, land, and work flow into one another. My images are meant as a reflection of the time I spent with them, and an invitation to look more closely at a way of life that continues to endure, yet is constantly changing.
